On 18.03.2024 at the University of Tetovo, students, within the framework of autism courses, had the opportunity to learn about the “LIPS” project and the results of this project. Special attention was paid to the characteristics of people with high-functioning autism, their challenges and strengths and how they affect the process of employment and job retention. The manual was also presented, which in the future can be used as support for companies that have the idea of employing people with autism.
