Second meeting for the AutisMUSIC project
On November 14 and 15, 2024, in Câmara de Lobos, Madeira, a meeting was held for the AutisMUSIC project: An innovative musical tool for children with autism to improve emotional, motivational, interpersonal and social responses.
The meeting organized by Escola B1PERancho e Caldeira as host and WSBINOZ – Poland as project coordinator, was a significant step in the implementation of the project activities.
Representatives from partner organizations from Poland, Portugal, Cyprus and Macedonia gathered to assess the achieved results and plan future steps. The development of the AutisMUSIC teaching package was discussed, as well as the sustainability and quality of the project, after which the meeting ended with a summary of the results.
The meeting resulted in:
- Precisely defined tasks for the development of the teaching package for music education for students with ASD.
- Progress in the development of the e-school platform for music education.
- Evaluation and plan for improving the quality and sustainability of the project.
