The event was attended by 5 physical education trainers and teachers from each of the project countries (Macedonia, Czech Republic, Ireland, Spain, Poland, Bulgaria and Cyprus). The main objective of the event was to discuss effective tools and strategies for the inclusion of children with autism in the education system, adapted to local conditions. The participants also reviewed and tested the specially developed e-learning platform created within the project.

Such trainings are very useful and of great importance for physical and health education teachers because they support their professional development. They provide specific knowledge and skills necessary for working with students with autism, impact on improving the quality of education and greater inclusiveness in the school environment.

The trainings also help to create more effective evidence-based strategies and approaches that can be practically applied. All this will lead to better social and educational inclusion of students with autism, increasing their chances of success. In addition, sharing experiences and best practices between different countries encourages international cooperation and enriches teaching methods. These trainings create a network of prepared and motivated professionals, ready to respond to the challenges of working with children with autism and other developmental disorders. The result is an improved learning environment where all students, regardless of their differences, can develop and achieve high results.
