Our courses for training professionals in the field of autism spectrum disorders are created on the basis of scientific research knowledge for the needs of education of professionals working in schools with this issue throughout Europe during Erasmus + projects: ESIPP ( www.esipp.eu ) and ASD-EAST (www.asd-east.org ).

Association for improving quality of life of people with autism spectrum disorders “Blue Firefly“ (ОID: E10180694) organizes Erasmus+ Staff Mobility training courses for teachers, special education teachers and other professionals from pre-primary, primary and secondary school staff and Higher Education Institutions, VET Providers and staff employed in Adult Education Centres. Our courses contribute to the professional development and skill acquisition of the target groups through the use of practical experience, problem-based learning and higher-order thinking tasks. By attending our trainings the participants will receive:
- Support in the professional development, improving their quality of teaching, training and youth work around Europe in the field of autism spectrum disorders.
- Support to acquire competencies to work with students with special needs in mainstream and special settings of education.
- Awareness and understanding of the way of life of children with autism and their families.
- Formal, non-formal education, vocational training, employment, and entrepreneurship.
